The timeliness of this forum is quite evident. Russian spa-industry is swiftly developing, meeting all the problems typical for such a business. Just some of them: lack of controlling organs, quality standards, extremely low level of specialists' education. Such a situation provokes an appearance of companies which misappropriate the “spa” title. Of course, it complicates the development of high-quality spa-companies.

The forum is organized to provide a place for the business experience and contacts exchange, to influence the spa market changes in Russia, to provide professional help for spa specialists, to aid professional and personal development of each spa-industry specialist.

The forum program is designed for two groups of specialists: mangers and directors, and spa-professionals like spa-therapists, spa-techonologies, massage specialists, cosmetologists. Both parts of the forum will take place at the same time in two conference-halls, which allows all kinds of specialists to visit different events. Final forum event is an excursion to the best Moscow spas, where the participants will have a chance to get some practical experience from their colleagues. Besides, we can offer two ways of participation – corporate and personal, which is undoubtedly convenient either for the companies or individuals.
